The questions
1,091 questions from UPSC Civil Services Prelims General Studies Paper I, covering every paper from 2016 to 2026. Questions UPSC later dropped are not included.
Every question is sorted into a topic and a smaller part of that topic, so you can see how often something is asked and practise it on its own. Counts like "asked in 9 of the last 11 papers" and the Must-Do Areas are worked out from these questions, so they update with every new paper.
The answers
Every answer comes from UPSC's official answer key, never from an explanation or a guess. For 2026, UPSC has only published a provisional key so far, so those questions are labelled "provisional key" and may change when the final key is out.
The explanations
1,044 questions have a full explanation: why the right option is right, why each other option is wrong, the trap to watch for, and a source you can check.
Each explanation is written by AI and then checked by a second, separate AI pass that verifies the facts against official sources and the official key. Where any doubt remains, for example when the official answer is disputed, we don't show an explanation at all; the question shows just its official answer. That is why 47 questions say "a full explanation is on its way".
If you spot a mistake, please tell us. Every report is read.
Free forever
Everything here is free, with no sign-up, no paid tier and no limits. The site is paid for by one short text line from a sponsor on some pages, clearly labelled. It never appears while you are answering a question, during a timed paper or in Revise.
Your data
There are no accounts. Your answers, your Revise list and your paper scores are saved only in this browser, on this device. Nothing is sent to us. To move your progress to another phone or browser, use "Back up" at the bottom of the home page, then "Restore your progress" on the new one.
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see how the site is used, such as how many questions are answered and papers finished. It sets cookies; advertising features are off. When you click a sponsor link, we count that click and nothing else about you.Privacy details.
