Answer: C. Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), launched in 2016 to promote innovation and entrepreneurship (for example Atal Tinkering Labs), is set up under NITI Aayog.

Why the other options are wrong
- A. Wrong because AIM is not under the Department of Science and Technology.
- B. Wrong because the Ministry of Labour and Employment does not run AIM.
- D. Wrong because the Skill Development ministry runs skilling schemes, not AIM.
